TIPS is a word most people only use when they eat out, and is most likely synonymous with customer service, or specifically, the level of. If a large tip was left, the assumption would be that the level of service was great; conversely, poor service receives a small tip. Ironically, most people do not even know the meaning of TIPS, therefore are not eating our wisely.
We use TIPS in everyday business, however, in our case, this is not something our customers give us, it is what we give them. We begin business with TIPS, continue to give them throughout our contract, and develop our relationship with them in mind.
